Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer or Executive Leadership Team, these roles provide executive leadership across portfolios that may include:
- Strategic and statutory planning
- Development assessment
- Growth management
- Sustainability and environmental planning
- Regulatory services and compliance
- Place making and economic development
- Community and stakeholder engagement
We're interested in speaking with executives who bring:
- Significant leadership experience within local government, state government or other complex public sector environments.
- Executive experience leading planning, development, infrastructure or growth-related portfolios.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, improving service delivery and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of planning legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, political acumen and the ability to navigate complex governance environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in urban planning, environmental planning, engineering, business or a related discipline.
