Help our enterprise clients unlock the full value of their Microsoft investments. In this hands‑on specialist role, you will bridge the gap between technology and people—delivering tailored adoption and training programs across Surface, Surface Hub, Copilot, and M365 solutions. Partnering closely with Microsoft vendor teams and Data#3’s Customer Success crew, you will directly influence customer satisfaction and unlock new commercial opportunities.
In this role you will:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs across M365, Copilot, Intune, and Surface devices.
- Identify and remove adoption blockers to help clients maximize their Microsoft technology investments.
- Manage the Surface Hub trial program and build repeatable adoption packages.
- Partner with Customer Success and Microsoft sales teams to address low-consumption workloads.
- Create standardized Statements of Work (SOWs) and leverage Microsoft funding programs (ECIF).
About You
- Proven background in designing and delivering structured training or change adoption programs.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B technology, service delivery, or customer success environments.
- Strong track record in project execution with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for emerging Microsoft workplace technologies.
