The award-winning Data#3 Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist who has a genuine passion for all things tech to join the demand generation arm of our awesome Marketing team. Working with a team of other Marketing and Events Specialists, you’ll successfully design, develop and deliver a wide variety of marketing campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives to drive demand across Data#3’s portfolio of end user compute (EUC) and modern and digital work offerings, including responsibility for marketing initiatives across our K-12 and higher education portfolio go-to-market.

In this role, you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to work with world-leading technology brands such as HP, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Intel, Qualcomm, Adobe and many more. We are proud to be recognised by our partners as one of the best – having been nominated for, and awarded, many Marketing Partner Awards over the past 5 years.

In this role you will:

  • Develop strategic, vendor-aligned marketing strategies, plans and activities, collaborating closely with Practice Managers, Solution Specialists, Subject Matter Experts and sales teams to ensure all marketing efforts are closely aligned to documented business goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-touch, omni-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Data#3’s depth and breadth of products, services and solutions, aligned to your remit.
  • Work with a team of content creators to curate relevant, engaging and timely content for blogs, paid digital advertising, social media, websites, and other relevant marketing material.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of your campaigns, using data to continually refine, improve and inform future strategies and help shape the customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify in-market opportunities for Data#3 and aligned vendor partners.
  • Comprehensive budget management of allocated vendor Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Campaign-related digital or in-person event preparation, planning, management and execution.

About You

You’re a super-organised and motivated self-starter, a problem solver and creative thinker. You love sinking your teeth into a new topic or technology to analyse the features, benefits and use cases. Your talents include excellent communication (written and in-person), incredible attention to detail, second to none time and project management skills, and best-in-class stakeholder management. If you’re part strategist, part creator, and all heart — we want you!

You will also have:

  • Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally within Technology or similar Professional Services industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of campaign planning, execution and customer journey design.
  • Demonstrated success at planning, managing and executing comprehensive multi-touch, omni-channel marketing strategies and campaigns – including budget management and post-campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools – preferably Marketo.
  • Experience analysing customer data and applying insights to your marketing strategies.
  • Project management skills with an exceptional ability to multi-task, and coordinate people and projects across different states, teams and comms channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders including C-level.
  • Professional presentation, strong business acumen and outstanding attention to detail.

At Data#3, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion as key to a thriving workplace. We are committed to building a culture where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued—and we encourage your application.
