You'll be the first point of contact for clients – the friendly, capable voice they remember – while gaining valuable exposure across lending, operations and post-settlement.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look exactly the same. You'll
- Answer client enquiries across phone, email and online chat with clarity, care and confidence
- Help clients with loan-related enquiries and account updates
- Support internal sales and operations teams
- Assist with post-settlement tasks including loan maintenance and discharges
- Help clients navigate online banking and digital platforms
- Manage contract updates, documents and third-party enquiries
- Spot issues before they escalates – and know when to flag them
- Juggle multiple priorities while delivering a genuinely great client experience
- What You'll Bring
More than anything, we're looking for attitude, initiative and a genuine desire to learn.
You'll ideally have
- Customer service experience – banking, lending or finance experience is a big bonus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A curious, adaptable and proactive approach
- Confidence working autonomously while still being a great team player
- Good general tech skills, including Word and Excel
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field would be great - but not essential for the right person
