Senior Social Worker in Stanthorpe

As a Senior Social Worker, you'll help people and families navigate some of life's most challenging moments while supporting better health outcomes across the Darling Downs. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert guidance, influence service improvements and contribute to care that makes a genuine difference in the community.

You're an experienced social worker who combines clinical expertise with compassion and sound judgement. You know how to navigate complexity, build trust quickly and advocate for people when it matters most. • Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Proven experience delivering high-level social work services in complex healthcare environments.

• A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in rural or regional settings and/or eligibility to hold an AASW Accredited Social Worker credential.
