Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba is seeking a Recreation Officer - Advanced to design and deliver engaging recreational and wellbeing programs within our mental health services.
You will work with consumers, carers and a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, build confidence and improve participation.
You'll create person-centred activities, monitor outcomes and adapt plans to meet changing needs while ensuring safety, inclusivity and meaningful engagement across the program.
