What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on production role where you'll rotate across different parts of the line depending on where you're needed most. Tasks include:
- Weighing and preparing ingredients
- Cooking in large commercial kettles
- Operating an automated filling line (filling tubs with soup and monitoring fill weights)
- Packing finished product into shipping cartons and palletising
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll build a broad set of skills across the production process.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or a commercial kitchen is a real advantage
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Attention to detail — particularly around hygiene and quality
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable across your assigned shift pattern

- Location: Marrickville, Sydney NSW — 50m from Sydenham Station
- Shifts available: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm (shift penalties apply)
- Employment Type: Casual initially, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position based on business needs and performance.
