The Opportunity
This is anexcellentopportunity for ahighly capable SiteSupervisor or Foremanwith a strongbackground in customresidential construction. Working onsitefull time, youwill be responsiblefor the day to day managementof the project, ensuring it isdelivered safely, onschedule, and tothe highest standardof workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the dailysite operations ofa high-endresidential constructionproject.
- Coordinate and superviseall trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage theconstruction programmeto ensure projectmilestones and deadlinesare achieved.
- Conduct quality inspectionsthroughout each stageof the build, maintaining exceptionalstandards of workmanshipand finishes.
- Ensurecompliance with allworkplace health andsafety requirements andmaintain a safe, organised site.
- Maintain accurate siterecords, including sitediaries,inspections, and projectdocumentation.
- Coordinate material procurementand deliveries tominimise delaysandmaintain workflow.
- Liaise professionally withclients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communicationthroughout the constructionprocess.
About You
To be successfulin thisrole, you will possess:
- A minimum offive yearsexperiencein residential sitesupervision or sitemanagement.
- Demonstrated experiencedelivering high-end, custom, or luxuryresidential homes.
- Astrong understandingof residential constructionpractices, sequencing,and quality control.
- Excellent leadership andorganisational skills,with the abilityto effectively managetrades and subcontractors.
- A meticulous eyefor detail andcommitment to deliveringexceptional quality.
- Strong communication andstakeholder managementskills.
- A current WhiteCard and anyrelevant licences orcertifications.
