Endeavour Group is seeking an Area Manager for the Dan Murphy's network in the North West Melbourne Metro and surrounding regional stores. You will lead and inspire store leaders and teams to deliver on the Den Murphy's strategy and drive commercial success across a portfolio of 16 stores.
You will develop talent, coach managers, and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the State Leadership team, while fostering an engaging and high-performing culture across the network.
