You will support the showroom floor and develop into a confident salesperson.
The role

Deliver friendly, professional customer service — on the floor and over the phone.

Help customers find the right instrument, and follow up on sales enquiries.

Process sales, web orders and invoicing.

Keep the showroom looking its best — merchandising, cleaning and polishing instruments.

Support the receiving and processing of stock.

Assist with stocktakes and general store administration.

From time to time this role may involve working at an alternative location.
