Cubby Bakehouse is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef / Baker to join our team.
We're a busy bakehouse looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for quality and presentation, and enjoys creating great products. The role offers the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop new products and be part of our growing business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for producing a range of pastries and baked goods, ensuring our cabinet is stocked with fresh, high-quality products each day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and producing a range of pastries, baked goods and sweet treats.
- Developing new products and seasonal specials.
- Maintaining consistent quality, presentation and freshness.
- Managing daily preparation and production schedules.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a pastry chef, baker or in a similar role.
- Has strong baking and pastry skills.
- Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation.
- Is creative and enjoys developing new products.
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively.
