Role Summary
Looking for a TMS V&V Planner / Test Manager to support a rail signaling project involving ETCS Level 2 (ETCS L2) and Traffic Management System (TMS) delivery.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities to ensure quality delivery and project milestone completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule lab testing and field testing activities.
- Prepare and review test procedures, test reports, and test documents.
- Coordinate with development teams, project teams, and customer teams.
- Track defects, risks, issues, and testing progress.
- Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability.
- Support project milestones and testing readiness activities.
- Plan team workload and support new team members.
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
- Required Skills
- Experience in railway signaling, ETCS, TMS, CBTC, or railway systems.
- Good understanding of testing activities, Verification & Validation (V&V), and defect tracking.
- Experience in test planning and requirements management.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Share Point.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning and coordination capability.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Preferred
- Experience in railway projects or signaling projects.
- Experience in system integration testing and field testing.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
