Cutprice Car Rentals is looking for a motivated and results-driven Reservations Consultant to join our friendly, high-performing team. About the Role
As an Inbound/Outbound Reservations Consultant, you will be responsible for converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings while providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on online enquiries with outbound calls to secure bookings (warm leads only - no cold calling)
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with enquiries and providing accurate information
- Manage inbound calls and reservation enquiries
- Assist with occasional face-to-face customer service at the counter when required
About You
- Proven sales experience (essential) with a strong ability to close
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting highly regarded
