Cuscal in Sydney is seeking a Client Success Officer on a 12-month maximum term contract to partner with our Client Partnership Managers and clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting ongoing client relationships.
You will help with onboarding, retention and offboarding, coordinate meetings and governance, handle complex queries, and act as the voice of the client to internal teams while driving process improvements and risk reduction.
