The role
As Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at a residential aged care facility. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, delivering high-quality care, and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. You will lead clinical and administrative teams, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement strategies to uphold best practices in aged care. Your leadership will promote safety, compliance, and community engagement.
Requirements
- 2 years experience required as a Registered Nurse in charge
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams such as AN-ACC
- Relevant qualifications, including AHPRA registration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compliance, safety, and quality improvement
