Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment – Malvern East VIC
You will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational management of a multi-site allied health practice. This is a working Practice Manager role where you will combine front-of-house client service (phones, enquiries, bookings, payments) with ownership of systems, workflows, and operational follow-through. You will support and guide the administrative team, improve processes, and help maintain high standards across client records, scheduling, billing, and compliance. You will work closely with the Clinical Director to keep operations running efficiently and proactively resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational management of a multi-site allied health practice
- Manage front-of-house client service including phones, enquiries, bookings, and payments
- Own systems, workflows, and operational follow-through
- Support and guide the administrative team
- Improve processes and maintain high standards across client records, scheduling, billing, and compliance
- Work closely with the Clinical Director to keep operations running efficiently
- Proactively resolve operational issues
About you
- Experience in practice management or senior healthcare administration (or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confident, friendly client service style
- Proven ability to manage bookings, billing, payments, and client records
- Proficient on Microsoft Office including Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organisation and problem-solving
- Allied health/medical admin experience (ideal)
- Cliniko, HICAPS, and/or NDIS billing exposure (nice to have)
