Culture Amp is seeking a Financial Accountant on a 12-month maternity leave cover. You will own the month-end close for global entities, manage reconciliations, and drive AI-enabled automation across the finance function, partnering with the Finance Manager and Director of Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant records.
You will lead treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and auditors.
