Culture Amp is seeking a People Systems Analyst to act as the analytical backbone of the People Systems and Analytics function. You will support compensation analytics, model pay bands, and deliver people analytics across the function. You will design AI-powered automations and own data pipelines for the People team.
You will report to the Manager, People Systems and Intelligence and collaborate with Total Rewards and broader People teams to deliver high-impact insights and scalable solutions.
