Opportunities for Early Childhood Teachers

We are seeking motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team as we prepare for the opening of our new centre in 2027. At our service, you will be welcomed into a positive and supportive environment where your knowledge, experience, and ideas are respected and appreciated. We are committed to creating a workplace where educators can thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

If you are committed to providing outstanding early childhood education and care and are passionate about helping children reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

Cullunghutti Aboriginal Child and Family Centre prides itself on being a place of belonging for all children, their families, and the Shoalhaven community. Our centre is dedicated to all Elders, past and present, for their valuable knowledge, wisdom, and loving care passed on to our Boori’s and their families, as well as the community.

Children's safety, rights and best interests are paramount in all aspects of our organisation and we strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. Child Safety and Wellbeing take priority over all other considerations, and are embedded within everyday practice.

Cullunghutti is a culturally safe special place for children and families and staff to connect, grow, and learn together, reflecting and strengthening Aboriginal identity within the wider community. It brings together a range of early childhood, health, and family support services to improve education, health, wellbeing, and quality of life for Aboriginal children and families, and helps them learn and grow to become the future leaders of our community.

Cullunghutti Aboriginal Child and Family Centre was established under the Indigenous Early Childhood Development National Partnership Agreement (IECDNP), as a Closing the Gap initiative. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and self-managed by our Aboriginal community.
