Warehouse Operative – Freezer Environment

Join a well-known British supermarket distribution centre as a Warehouse Operative in a fast-paced freezer environment operating at approximately -22°C.
If you’re looking for a full-time role with excellent earning potential, paid breaks, performance bonuses, and a rota planned well in advance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly
Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required
- Performance bonus of £10 – £30 for achieving 100% productivity targets
- 60-minute paid break plus an additional 10-minute flex break
- Full training provided
- Fixed rota provided up to 12 months in advance
- Regular overtime opportunities
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift 06:00-14:00
- Afternoon shift 14:00-22:00
- Night shift 21:00-06:00 R
- ota: Given 1 year in advance
Your Responsibilities
- Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
- Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
- Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
