We're looking for a switched-on, experienced Chippy to step into a Leading Hand Carpenter role and take charge of our framing operations. Work is located across Brisbane’s Southside and the Ipswich region.
Here’s what you get:
$60 per hour on wages or $75 per hour ABN.
4-day working week – with Fridays off most weeks.

What we’re looking for:
We're after a gun chippy who isn't afraid of a hard day's graft.
Someone experienced, capable and confident enough to take ownership of a framing job from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating the framing crew, planning the workflow, keeping the job moving and making sure everything runs smoothly.
From flicking out the slab and setting out, through to reading plans, understanding engineering and South East Queensland tie-down requirements, managing the frame and completing quality checks.
We’re looking for someone who can run the show, make decisions, problem solve and keep the team accountable without someone looking over their shoulder.
Our work ranges from low-set homes and townhomes to high-end custom builds.
