The predicted salary is between 24.3 - 29.7 $ per hour.
We are seeking highly motivated and safety-focused Pick Packers to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Hazelmere. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in similar environments, can work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines — all while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
- Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy
- Ability to exceed KPIs without compromising safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Current WA driver’s licence with reliable transport
- Availability for shifts from 6:00am – 2:30pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Safely picking, packing, and checking products
- Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment
- Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping of products
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas (safety starts with housekeeping)
- Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
Full training provided, with a strong focus on safe work practices. Supportive team environment where safety is everyone’s responsibility. Forklift and prior warehousing experience will be highly regarded.
