What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing tenders from start to finish across mid to large-scale projects
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Driving competitive pricing and negotiating where required
- Identifying project risks, gaps and opportunities early
- Contributing to tender and project-winning strategies
- Working closely with senior leadership and the pre-construction team on key bids
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 commercial builder
- Strong understanding of the Adelaide subcontractor and construction market
- Experience estimating projects in the $5M–$30M range
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and being part of a high-performing team
