About Us
CTC Safety has been a leader in delivering top-quality WHS solutions for over 30 years. We are currently seeking qualified trainers/assessors to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, delivering courses at our Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle Training Centres, and on-site across NSW.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced trainers and assessors in the following areas:
- ASP Training
- Chainsaw Operations
- Confined Spaces
- Earthmoving Plant Operations
- First Aid
- Fire Extinguisher Training
- Poly Welding
- Power Lines
- Working at Heights
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality classroom and workplace-based training and assessments.
Report assessment outcomes promptly and accurately to meet CTC Safety compliance standards.
Manage student progression and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the RTO to support and promote future growth.
Requirements
Minimum TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to complete).
Relevant industry experience in the qualification you will train and assess.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Previous training/assessing experience is desirable but not essential.
Preference for candidates with current industry experience.
Central Coast NSW-based applicants will have an added advantage.
