We're looking for hands-on, mechanically minded people to join a busy vehicle accessory fitting team in Brisbane's Bayside area.
You’ll be working on utes, 4WDs and commercial vehicles, fitting everything from custom bull bars and canopies to trays, toolboxes, drawers and other accessories.
This is a great opportunity to put your mechanical skills to work in a busy workshop environment, with full-time hours, ongoing work and the opportunity to move into a permanent position after a short initial labour hire period.
- What you'll be doing
- Assembling Ute trays
- Workshop production work as directed.
- Using hand and power tools to assemble, fit and install components.
- Assisting with general workshop duties and supporting the wider team.
What we're looking for
- A mechanical background or previous experience in vehicle accessory fitting, automotive work or a similar hands-on role.
- Confidence using hand and power tools.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- A great attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in.
- Good physical fitness - you’ll regularly be climbing in, on and under vehicles, as well as lifting, bending and kneeling.
- Your own reliable transport and full PPE, including steel cap boots, hi-vis shirt and work pants.
