About The Role
The Production Supervisor role is a Full-Time position, based at Yarraville, VIC.
Reporting to Manufacturing Manager you will provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Yarraville Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
- In This Role, You Will
- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Supervise the production team on a rotating shift roster (Day -6am-6pm, Night 6pm-6am) 24/hr x 7 days a week operation.
- Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard.
- Ensure adherence with all Site Safety requirements, including PSIs, incident reporting / investigations and completing all corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Managers and production employees as well as other parts of the areas including Process improvement and Engineers.
- Have excellent people management and problem-solving skills as technical support will be required.
