CSR Springboard is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of Team Leaders and production staff in one of Australia's leading building products facilities. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement on a 24/7 production floor.
In this full-time role, you will coach teams, solve problems, and deliver results across rotating day and afternoon shifts, with weekend support as required. Experience with SAP/ERP and Lean methods is highly regarded.
