CSR Hebel in Somersby NSW is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead the day shift maintenance team of 23 trades and contractors, driving reliable operation and continuous improvement across site maintenance, contractor engagement, and compliance.
You will report to the Maintenance Manager, schedule major shutdowns, optimise safety, and develop your people through coaching and training while ensuring WHSE standards and SAP/CMMS use.
