CSF Steel Fabricators, part of CSF Industries, is on the hunt for skilled Boilermakers to join our Townsville workshop. We have full-time and casual roles up for grabs — if you’ve got solid experience in structural steel and plate fabrication, we want you on the tools with us!
What is on Offer:
- 4-day work week – Monday to Thursday (9.5-hour days)
- Every Friday off – enjoy a guaranteed 3-day weekend

What you will bring to us:
- Based in Townsville
- Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Previous workshop experience preferred
- A strong focus on health, safety, and teamwork
- A positive, professional approach when working with apprentices
