- Motivate & Develop: Lead, coach and support your team to build confidence, capability and great service skills.
- Deliver Great Service: Set the standard for outstanding customer service and ensure every guest feels welcomed.
- Keep the Team Engaged: Help create a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel part of the team.
- Work with Leadership: Partner with your onsite leadership team to help drive the success of the Club.
- Safety First: Help maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for both our team and guests.
About You

- You have experience leading and motivating a team.
- You’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You’re a hands-on team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and get involved.
- You have experience in a fast-paced food and/or beverage environment.
- You’re comfortable using POS and food and beverage systems.
- You have the leadership skills to coach and mentor a diverse team.
- You hold, or are willing to obtain, an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
