CSC is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Owner (DCO) to take ownership of the CSC public website channel and help shape how we deliver meaningful, seamless digital experiences for our customers. Sitting within the Digital Engagement team, this is a strategic role with a strong delivery focus. You’ll set the vision and direction for this enterprise-level digital platform, bringing together customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to translate strategy into practical digital outcomes.

You’ll own and manage the digital channel strategy and roadmap, ensuring priorities are clear, aligned and translated into a well-managed pipeline of work. Working closely with stakeholders, Technology and other Channel Owners, you’ll act as the bridge between strategic priorities and technical delivery, supporting the continued integration, optimisation and operationalisation of CSC’s customer ecosystem. You’ll oversee delivery through roadmap and backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, resourcing and coordination of development teams, while leading a small team of digital specialists to support the ongoing evolution and performance of the CSC public website channel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of digital specialists, setting clear direction and priorities
  • Translate customer and business needs into a prioritised program of work
  • Lead discovery and delivery across projects, continuous improvement and BAU
  • Apply user-centred design principles to improve customer journeys
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business
  • Translate business and technical requirements into digital outcomes
  • Use customer insights and performance data to drive improvements
  • Oversee releases, testing, quality and compliance
  • Streamline ways of working and strengthen digital delivery

What we are looking for:

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Strong experience managing or owning a large-scale, enterprise website or digital channel
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore, with Adobe experience highly regarded
  • Experience delivering digital initiatives and transformational programs in a B2C environment
  • Experience defining digital strategies, roadmaps and prioritised programs of work
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and customer journey thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including confidence working with senior leaders, business specialists and technical teams
  • Experience using data and customer insights to understand behaviour and improve digital experiences
  • Strong communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience using agile/scrum delivery methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
  • A practical, solution-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities and change

Why join the team?

  • Permanent full-time opportunity within Canberra/Sydney (hybrid) or remote working arrangements
  • Join a fun, creative and high-performing Digital Engagement team
  • Be a key player in driving digital maturity at CSC as we strive to improve and optimise the user experience and outcomes for our customers
  • Support and enable our customers to make informed and engaged decisions as they plan for their retirement
