The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and highly organisedStoreperson & Logistics Coordinatorto take ownership of our warehouse operations and part supply chain. In this fast-paced role, you will be the backbone of our workshop and active crushing sites, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Do
- Manage warehouse inventory:Overseas all inwards and outwards goods, including unpacking, verifying, stacking, and allocating precise locations for all stock.
- Maintain the parts system:Run and update our digital parts inventory system to guarantee data accuracy and optimal stock levels.
- Fulfill and dispatch orders:Pick, pack, and safely send out parts orders to meet urgent deadlines.
- Coordinate workshop schedules:Align workshop timelines with parts availability to ensure mechanics can complete machinery overhauls without delays.
- Support active crushing sites:Proactively source and procure all required components for live, remote, or local crushing operations.
- Ensure safety compliance:Manage and maintain the site's Test and Tag register, scheduling regular compliance checks on all electrical gear and tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven logistics experience:Strong background in warehousing, inventory management, or parts interpretation (experience in mining, heavy machinery, or crushing/screening is highly regarded).
- System savvy:Experience working with parts management databases or digital inventory software.
- Organisation skills:Ability to schedule workshop flows and juggle competing priorities under pressure.
- Sourcing capabilities:Confidence in contacting suppliers and sourcing specialized parts quickly.
- Safety first mindset:Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance protocols, including Test and Tag requirements.
- Licences:High Risk Work Licence (Forklift / LF) is essential.
