About the Role:
This diverse role will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administration and office support
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
- Assisting with client correspondence and document preparation
- Supporting the team with other ad hoc duties as required
- Calling our Lenders and Business partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Skilled in Excel
- Desirable (but not essential): Mortgage Brokerage or Banking history
