Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic
Part Time Commis Chef to join our team of inspired hospitality professionals.
You will be working mainly the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and food prep for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.
What you will be doing
- Full ownership and operation of the kitchen including breakfast service whilst on shift.
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality are maintained.
- Preparing, cooking and serving breakfast for the hotel buffet
- Preparing food for Distrikt Cafe and our all-day dining menu
- Assisting with group dinners as required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
