Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card‑based games, or you work in the electronic gaming area, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance at all times.
About the Role
- Operate (table) games professionally and accurately
- Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts
- Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, procedures, and internal controls
- Work collaboratively with Gaming Supervisors, Inspectors and Surveillance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Good numeracy, communication and customer‑service capability
- Gaming experience is an advantage but not required (training provided)
Qualification requirements
- AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality, Gaming or related field OR
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or gaming OR
- At least 3 years of experience may substitute for formal qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence
