Weekends and overnights availability is essential as it's a 24/7 operation.Pearl Room - Located in our Private Gaming area looking after our VIP guests. Weekends and overnights availability is essential.The Waiting Room (TWR ) - Premium dining outlet. Possess strong cocktail knowledge and experience. (Must be able to work Fri - Sun)Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the bar team throughout serviceDelivering exceptional and engaging guest experiencesCoaching, developing and motivating team membersSupporting daily bar operations, including stock and shift managementMaintaining service, operational and compliance standardsWorking collaboratively with venue leadership to create a positive and high-performing team environmentAbout youPrevious supervisory or leadership experience within a bar or hospitality environmentStrong bartending and beverage knowledgeA genuine passion for hospitality and customer serviceConfidence coaching, developing and motivating a teamStrong communication, organisation and decision-making skillsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work across a rotating rosterOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
