Crommelin is seeking a motivated and organised Internal Sales / Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Banyo, Queensland. This varied, hands-on role combines customer service and internal sales support with warehouse coordination, stock control and despatch. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, stock is managed effectively and deliveries arrive on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the order process.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries and order status.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support customer requirements and ensure a high level of service.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including stock management, picking, packing and despatch.
- Organise deliveries and freight arrangements.
- Coordinate stock transfers with Crommelin Head Office to maintain appropriate local stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movements and warehouse activities.
- Help maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised warehouse.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The physical capability to undertake hands-on warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods safely.
- Experience with inventory management systems, order processing software or the construction industry would be an advantage.
