You will deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a high-performing service department that manages high customer retention and above-national-average customer survey scores.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers for the service department
- Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing
- Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently
- Coordinating daily service appointments
- Meeting individual and team targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Preparing for next-day appointments
- Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face
- Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution
