• Experience with ERA, Finance Connect and/or LeadDriver will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Your primary responsibilities: As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving achievement of Finance & Insurance KPIs
• Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity
• Managing enquiries, follow-ups, deal negotiation and closing
• Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products
• Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I opportunities
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey
• Maximising profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Maintaining accurate and timely reporting
• Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
• Leading by example and contributing to a high-performance team culture
