Cricket NSW is seeking a Clubs & Competitions leader to grow participation and retention in the Sydney North West region. You will partner with associations, clubs and volunteers to deliver memorable cricket experiences and develop volunteers across programs and competitions.
You will build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and apply insights to recruitment and retention, while ensuring volunteers and players stay at the center of decisions and delivery in a dynamic community sport
