The Customer Collections Specialist will support the Collect Call Assist service by handling collections conversations and updates for CreditorWatch customers.
The role is part-time (4 days) with hybrid working arrangements from our Sydney CBD Office, collaborating with Product, Implementation and Sales to optimise outcomes.
