About the role
This is an essential, hands-on role within our operation. We are looking for someone ready to dive in and get things rolling, bringing their proven industry experience straight to our drafting board.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and estimating residential and commercial projects
- Preparing detailed drawings for client approval and factory construction
- Producing accurate cutting lists and information for CNC production
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications and scopes
- Completing site measures when required
- Liaising directly with clients, builders, suppliers and our production team
- Assisting with project management from initial quoting through to production and installation
- Ensuring drawings, specifications and pricing are accurate before jobs enter production
About you
- Strong proficiency in CabinetVision is essential
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Solid understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and White Card
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork
