As an Executive Renewables Adjuster, you'll investigate, assess and resolve claims across solar farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind, power generation and plant construction projects, typically ranging from $250,000 to $10 million+.
You will work directly with insurers, brokers, contractors, engineers and asset owners while helping grow Crawford's Renewables capability.

- Assess coverage, liability, cause and extent of loss
- Prepare technical reports and settlement recommendations

- Support business development and market engagement initiatives
- What You Will Bring
- Experience handling Renewables, Power & Energy, Engineering, Construction or Major Loss claims
- Demonstrated track record managing claims in the $250K-$10M+ range
- Strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management capability
- Market presence and relationship‑building skills
- Engineering, Adjusting or related tertiary qualifications
- Current Driver's Licence
