Blueprint Nursing is currently seeking experienced Remote Area Nurses (RANs) and Director of Nursing level clinicians for upcoming and ongoing Primary Health Care contracts across Central West Queensland. Current opportunities include Muttaburra, Bedourie, Tambo, Isisford, Birdsville and Winton, with ongoing short and long-term contracts available throughout the region.
Offering $116/hr base rate + on-call allowances, travel and accommodation provided. These highly autonomous roles are based within single-nurse Primary Health Care Clinics servicing local communities and surrounding rural properties. Facilities are supported by administration and operational staff, with emergency retrievals managed by the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Positions are generally Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with participation in on-call and recall rosters after hours and weekends.
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Strong autonomous assessment, emergency response and decision‑making skills

- Manual driver’s licence preferred
