We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and motivated Storeperson to join a machinery and consumables supplier located in Wetherill Park
This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working in a practical warehouse environment, is well organised and takes pride in ensuring goods are packed, dispatched and handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Organising deliveries using company transport and external couriers.
- Making courier bookings and coordinating dispatch requirements using a computer.
- Operating a slitting machine and sleeve cutting machine.
- Loading and unloading goods, including forklift operation.
- Maintaining an organised, clean and safe warehouse.
- Assisting with general stores and warehouse duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Current forklift licence (essential).
- Current driver's licence (essential).
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to make bookings and process dispatch information.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn to operate machinery.
