What you’ll be doing:
- Drive profitable digital growth across a leading distribution brand, helping customers seamlessly move through the purchase journey while improving conversion, retention and lifetime value.
- Own an evidence-led optimisation program, using analytics, experimentation, customer insights and commercial data to identify opportunities, validate improvements and deliver measurable results.
- Drive digital growth strategies that improve conversion, revenue and customer outcomes.
- Lead customer journey optimisation across web and mobile channels.
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Use analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver digital initiatives.
- Build business cases and measure outcomes against commercial objectives.
- Support AI-driven capabilities including search, personalisation and digital discovery.
- Engage and influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
