  • Providing authoritative technical advice and recommendations on building maintenance matters, analysing service delivery, operational risks and performance trends to develop reports, briefs and recommendations that support governance, continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Monitoring and evaluating contractor performance to ensure maintenance and cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements, resolving operational issues and minimising disruption to court operations.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Contract Managers, the judiciary, contractors and service providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across all CBD sites.
