As an Assistant Store Manager for Country Road, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Store/Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets.

- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
