    • Lead discovery meetings, annual reviews and strategy sessions
    • Design tailored financial strategies aligned to each client's goals and risk profile
    • Keep portfolios on track through proactive monitoring and review
  • Advice & Strategy
    • Prepare and deliver compliant, commercially sound financial advice
    • Draft Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and review documentation
    • Keep clients informed on legislative, taxation and regulatory changes that affect them
  • Business Growth
    • Build your pipeline through referrals, networking and professional relationships
    • Strengthen ties with accountants, solicitors and other referral partners
    • Represent the firm at industry events and client functions
  • Compliance & Professionalism
    • Ensure every piece of advice meets ASIC requirements and licensee obligations
    • Maintain meticulous, compliant records
    • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, investment, retirement and insurance strategies
  • Relevant qualifications and good standing to provide financial advice (FASEA/ASIC compliant)
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client outcomes
  • A collaborative mindset you thrive working alongside paraplanners and support teams
  • Business development drive, with the confidence to build and nurture referral relationships

Why Join Us

  • Work with an established client base from day one
