The Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) at Old Parliament House in Canberra is inviting applications for the Bookings and Senior Museum Experience Officer (MoAd). This full-time role supports the Museum Experience team with bookings management, frontline visitor services and scheduling of tours and programs.
Responsibilities include coordinating tour schedules, guiding tours, training colleagues, maintaining data and resources, and engaging with stakeholders to promote MoAD offerings.
